Severn Bridge Park Run Solo 3/Dec/ 2022

Stayed at Aust travel lodge on the return leg from South Wales . I was starving so I thought Burger King in the services… but they don’t open till 1000. What !!! So had to have a Costa breakfast roll and coffee . Wasn’t bad , did the trick albeit a bit pricey .

Only a short distance to Chepstow , found the car park and follow the usual suspects to the start . Always friendly in Wales and chatted with Sarah Tucker who was with her steel buying friend .

Glad I kept hat and black top on ad it was cold on the bridge . The elevation at 32m is more that Bushy and Clapham combined . Fun run and if I hadn’t stopped to take photos would have broken 32. But

it was 32;08.

Back to travel lodge for a shower and off we go .

Clapham Common - 2022 11 26 Stella

Caught the 0724 train from Hampton court . Left the bike at the station so I could walk with Stella who I met at Clapham Junction .

I loved walking through Clapham a very different approach to a park run and Stella saw the cafe where we would have pan de chocolait post patkrun .

Loads of activity in the park . Walkers , bikers and dog walkers . Very friendly two laps .

Cofffe , roll and brolioche in Clapham before we take our different trains home .

It was quite funny that Stella had deposited her token without scanning . She searched the boxes and was able to scan .
