End of 2019
The following is a list of ten resolutions that I hope to complete in 2019. Let’s see how it goes. Complete 500 piece jigsaw This was completed in Jan/Feb using quiet nights in , sometimes 5 hours at a time relaxing and listening to the radio. A perfect antidote to cold , dark , Winter nights. Exercise 30 mins each day Although , I probably didn’t do 30 mins each day . generally I was active most days and taken up Walking football, CTC cycling , Hiking abroad in Madeira , Malta and Sicilly. Also lots of walking in the Hebrides and Michigan. The backend of the year I took a membership out at Xcel Walton , so plenty of spinning. In November 2019 , my steps count was a daily average of 9200. Complete 19 park runs in 3 different locations Ha , I was hoping to get to 50 runs , but I think I am still in the 30s. Nevertheless did one with Gareth in Cardiff and supported him on his 10K in Mumbles . I have suffered with muscle twinges throughout the year so cannot get out to do the runs . ...
