Two magpies on two wheels (2025)

 Sefora ‘s birthday held in the church as Mary’s brother had passed away and the funeral was today (Mary Nate’s husband ) .  Stella was exceptional in preparing this celebration and it was great to see Sefora being excited and appreciating the friends that had gathered . She is amazing person attracting so many different people at the party .  The nationalities there were Welsh , Kurdistan, South Africa , Italy , German , Peru , Colombia , English , Asia , Swedish, French .  I met the mathematican from Kurdistan, he was so knowledgeable about famous researchers and the hunger for more . DJ travelled from Romford . People had travelled so far to celebrate by public transport . 

    Clapham Common - 2022 11 26 Stella Caught the 0724 train from Hampton court . Left the bike at the station so I could walk with Stella who I met at Clapham Junction .  I loved walking through Clapham a very different approach to a park run and Stella saw the cafe where we would have pan de chocolait post patkrun .  Loads of activity in the park . Walkers , bikers and dog walkers . Very friendly two laps .  Cofffe , roll and brolioche in Clapham before we take our different trains home .  We took the 7:24 That delivered us to the door  Of the Clapham park run Give us more of this Saturday fun It was quite funny that Stella had deposited her token without scanning . She searched the boxes and was able to scan . Including here photos of Clapham high street . It’s part of the parkrun experience.  ,  .

 The annual event where the Molesey traders open late between 1700 to 1900.  I got involved through WWF and 5 of us pitched up to don the yellow jackets and direct the traffic near Kent’s Chemist . Deryck, Dennis , Mark Jeff and me .  I met Kate there and then chatted more in church . Gave me but if history where the traders started Magical Molesey but because of the lack of success asked the Molesey churches or Love Molesey , an initiative of the 5 churches St Paul’s , St Peter’s , Molesey Methodist , Refresh and St Mary’s to help out .  In the past the rotary club had the Santa on sleigh going through the streets .  They can’t close the roads because of the cost £10k and major bus route . Hence our roles .  It was fun and I think I upset one lady who wanted to drive down to her house . I didn’t let her .  At the Chinese Regent we had a good discussion especially about certain dates which I have researched.  The last race at Hurst Park racecourse...

 I was there at 0835 for the train . Where was Sefora ? Ah , Spanish time is 20 mins later and so was the train. .  In the meantime I chatted about life in old Czechoslovak with a man on Hampton Court station . He’s happy to be here and I heard about the corrupt life in his country but he does have feelings for home .  Sefora and I went by train to Waterloo and then bus down to Elephant and Castle. We wandered into a street market who were setting up or the day . Cost of living crisis ? Lots of cheaper fruit veg electronics here and all good banter.  The church was making use of an assembly hall in a school . Good for me . Two hours long and passionate sermon by the Ecusdorian minister. Lots of yellow shirts as Ecuador were playing in the World Cup at 1400 and they won and played well against the hosts Qatar. They also drew 1-1 with Netherlands on Friday . I have a fondness towards South American teams.  The service was in Spanish but translated into English in ...
